Trust Building Workshop (For Leaders)

Trust building is a half-day course that aims to discuss and share key principles in the  planning, building and improving of TRUST within and among faith and ethnic communities inthe aftermath of a crisis. This scenerio-based workshop will allow the IRCC member to obtain an appreciation of present strengths and address the gaps in the area of trust building. Participants will learn how they can play a part to promote social cohesion.

Workshop Objectives

  • To build deeper bonds and trust between members of the IRCC
  • To reflect upon & build the values, attitudes and behavioural norms that members would like to nurture for the group
  • To reflect upon & build the opportunities and challenges facing the group that how they would like to address them

Program Outline:

  • Personal goal setting
  • Sharing of Morale-o-graph
  • Review of IRCC’s performance
  • Where do we go from here
  • “Face to Face”

Target Audience
Chairman, Vice-Chairman and Secretary from IRCCs
