Orange Ribbon Run 2016 – Race Against Racism
The theme for this year’s Orange Ribbon Run is “Race Against Racism”. The Orange Ribbon Movement in the spirit of a Run and Walk is a rallying call to uphold shared values in our community and make a united stand against racism. As Singapore evolves into a more diverse society, maintaining social cohesiveness becomes increasingly challenging. The Orange Ribbon Run/Walk would provide an excellent avenue for the silent majority to speak up and show support towards this noteworthy movement. The vision is to build the Orange Ribbon Run as an iconic annual movement against racism. Orange Ribbon Run 2016 presents an excellent opportunity to build on the momentum from last year’s event where 7,000 participants flooded Marina Bay Sands. OnePeople.sg aims to rally the public in support and build community ownership of the cause, with ground up stories and messages and promote the spirit of cross cultural friendship.
We invite you to became a supporter for Race Against Racism.
