Ground Sensing Workshop, 21 Nov 2015
The half day workshop equips the participants with the necessary know-how to better understand ground issues and manage racially charged situations.
Participants will be equipped with skills and understand the necessary steps for accurate ground sensing. There will be also interactive role-plays based on real-life case studies.
Workshop Objectives
The broad objectives of the workshop are to raise awareness on:
- Ground issues and developing the right techniques for ground sensing
- Barriers and fault lines to community engagement
- Techniques and skills in mediation and facilitating a conflict of a racial/religious nature within the constituency

Trainer’s profile
As CEO of a consultancy firm, Viswa Sadasivan oversees the strategic development and provides much of the company’s vision and drive. Viswa is also personally involved in providing strategic consultancy and Master Class coaching sessions for key decision makers from both the private and public sectors in Singapore and around the region. The oragnisation has been in the business of strategic media & crisis training and consultancy since its inception in 1997.
To date, Viswa has conducted strategic communications training for the senior management of more than 100 organisations and close to 6,000 CEOs/Directors, from the regional operations of Fortune 500 companies to government and quasi-government agencies in Singapore.
