Senior Programme Manager / Programme Manager

We are seeking dynamic individuals with a high level of initiative to join our team as Senior Programme Managers / Programme Managers.

A. Youth Development

You will spearhead initiatives to outreach and engage youth and volunteers to promote racial harmony, with a focus on developing youth commitment and leadership, as well as drive volunteer engagement efforts.

B. Community Engagement

You will initiate and develop community partnerships, public education and capability building programmes and initiatives to strengthen outreach and community engagement efforts.

Key requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree with 1-2 years relevant working experience for Programme Managers. Candidates with more than 3 years relevant working experience with a proven track record will be eligible to apply as Senior Programme Managers
• Passion for inter-racial / inter-religious community development work
• Experience in working with youths, schools, grassroots organizations, community organizations, volunteers and events management is an advantage
